1. Nature of Activities

Elite SME Financial Consultancy ("Elite SME") is a UAE-registered commercial entity.

Elite SME is an independent financial consultancy. We help UAE small and medium enterprises navigate banking, loans, trade finance, and related facilities by arranging and facilitating introductions to licensed partner banks and financial institutions.

Elite SME does not lend, take deposits, or act as a bank. We do not ourselves provide regulated banking or credit services. Facilities are arranged through licensed partner institutions, subject to their eligibility criteria, credit assessment, and approval.

2. What Elite SME Does Not Do

Elite SME does not:

• Lend money or extend credit in its own name
• Accept deposits
• Hold or control client funds
• Act as custodian, broker, or clearing agent
• Guarantee approval, pricing, or facility terms
• Execute banking or securities transactions on a client's behalf
• Provide investment advice, portfolio management, or deals in investments
• Issue tax, legal, or Sharia opinions as a licensed advisor

Islamic, conventional, and other facilities referenced on this website are provided by the relevant licensed institutions. Any general information we share is not a credit decision, an investment recommendation, or a binding offer.

3. No Execution or Custody

All transactions, deposits, facilities, account openings, and financial agreements are entered into directly between the client and the relevant licensed institution.

4. Arranger Model

Elite SME’s role is limited to:

• High-level assessment of fit against partner-institution appetites
• Facilitating introductions
• Coordinating communication between parties
• Supporting documentation flow where appropriate

Regulatory onboarding, KYC, credit assessment, suitability, risk disclosures, reporting, and compliance procedures are conducted solely by the licensed institutions involved.

Introductions may involve institutions regulated in the UAE or in other jurisdictions. Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws in their country of residence.

10. Limitation of Liability

Elite SME shall not be liable for:

• Financing or banking outcomes
• Decisions made by clients
• Actions, delays, or refusals by licensed counterparties
• Rates, fees, or terms set by partner institutions
• Regulatory outcomes
• Tax consequences

Clients engage directly with licensed institutions at their own discretion and responsibility.
